Image Requirements for DTF Gang Sheets

For the best print quality, ensure your files meet these standards:

✔ Preferred Format: PNG (PDF, PSD and AI files are also accepted).
✔ Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for sharp, high-quality prints.
✔ Vectorized Graphics: Ensure designs are scalable without losing quality.

DTF Transfer Pressing Instructions

For the best results, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Prepare the Garment

Ensure it’s clean, dry, and wrinkle-free. Pre-press for a few seconds to remove moisture.

2️⃣ Set Your Heat Press

Adjust to 300°F (150°C) with high pressure (60 PSI) and press for 10 seconds.

3️⃣ Cool & Peel

Let the garment cool completely before peeling the film from a corner.

4️⃣ Final Press

Repress for 10 seconds with a Teflon sheet to lock in the design for maximum durability.
