RETURNS
To return a DTF.UK DTF Transfer Order:

Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number, simply email us at support@dtf.uk and request an RMA number.

In your email, please provide:
- The date of your purchase.
- Details of what you wish to return, including photos of the defective product.
- The reason for the return.
Once received, write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return parcel.
What Can Be Returned
You may return defective transfers. Defective transfers include those that:
- Do not adhere properly to fabric.
- Crack within one to two washes.
- Have printing defects (e.g., misprints).
All returns must:
- Be in their original packaging.
- Be in new, unused condition.
If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) cannot be returned.
Please note that DTF.UK is not responsible for refunds or reprints for orders damaged or delayed by the carrier (e.g., Royal Mail, Evri, DPD).
What Cannot Be Returned or Reprinted
- DTF transfers with colour shifts caused by the print files provided by the client.
- Pixelated prints resulting from low-quality artwork submitted by the client.
- Transfers with grammatical or design errors created by the client/designer.
- Prints with a white outline/halo caused by semi-transparent pixels in the original artwork.
- Transfers damaged during courier delivery.
- Gang sheets with overlaps, ghost images, or other issues present in the files submitted or approved by the client.
Return Timeframe
- Refunds: Must be requested within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
- Exchanges or Store Credit: Must be requested within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of receipt. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs for Returns
All shipping charges for returning products must be paid by the sender. We do not reimburse shipping costs.
Please note: Insurance will cover the total cost of items purchased, but not the shipping charges.

Contact Customer Support at support@dtf.uk to request an RMA number and specify whether you want a replacement or a refund.
