Where to use UV DTF transfers
UV DTF stickers are peel-and-stick for hard surfaces and need no heat press, no water and no curing. Popular applications:
- Drinkware: mugs, tumblers, glass cups, water bottles, flasks

For fabric (T-shirts, hoodies, totes) use standard heat-press DTF gang sheets instead.

UV DTF gang sheet FAQ
Do UV DTF transfers need a heat press? No — they are peel-and-stick and need no heat, water or curing.
What surfaces do they work on? Any smooth, hard, non-porous surface: mugs, tumblers, glass, bottles, phone cases, wood, metal and plastic. Not for fabric.
How much does a UV DTF gang sheet cost? From £15 for a 57×30 cm sheet; by the metre from £23.00/m down to £18.00/m at 10 m.
Is there a minimum order? No — start with a single sample sheet.
We print your DTF files in linear meters with large-format DTF printing industrial machines.
If you notice white dots on the back of the DTF, this is fine. Please note that polyamide is a very smeary ink, so it is recommended to handle it carefully to avoid unwanted transfers.
Prepare your artworks on 57 cm wide sheets, up to 100 meters long.
Please send your files in PNG or PDF. Check that the background is transparent.
DO NOT prepare your meters in mirror mode .
Work at 300 pixels per inch or with vectors
Make sure your designs are in CMYK
Avoid thin lines less than 8px or 0.25pt to ensure they are fixed.
If you want copies of a file , indicate it in the file name itself.
HOT PEEL
Cotton
Start at 110-125°C for 10-15 seconds and adjust as necessary.
Polyester:
110-125°C for 15 seconds and adjust as necessary.
Peel 5-10 seconds after pressing.
FOR COLD PEEL
Cotton:
Start at 160°C for 10-15 seconds and adjust as necessary.
Polyester:
130-145°C for 15 seconds and adjust as necessary.
Peel when transfer is cool to touch.
- Wash inside out in cold water
- Do not bleach
- Do not dry clean
- Air dry after washing
We use large-format DTF printing machine to process all orders. Orders less than 60 metres placed before 13:00 are completed on the same day. You have the option to “Prioritise my order” to ensure that your order is sent out on the same day, provided it is placed before 4:00 pm and there are no errors in the file. You will decide the delivery time, we offer a 24 and 72 hour shipping service. To make direct shipments on the same day or deliveries on Saturdays, you must contact us beforehand.
