Custom DTF ships you the transfer — a peel-and-press film — you press it on a garment yourself. Printshop is fully done for you: we own the blank, do the press, label and ship the finished garment. Use Printshop if you don't own a heat press, or if you want a drop-ship partner for a brand or store.
One. You can order a single tee for a gift, or a run of hoodies for a tour — same unit price, no setup fee. Trade accounts unlock tiered discounts at 50+ units.
1–3 working days from order to dispatch. Need it faster? Add Rush (+£12) at checkout for same-day press on orders before 12:00 GMT.
Yes — Trade accounts can attach a custom packing slip and neck-label. Parcels go out unbranded with your return address. Most of our merch-brand customers use this.
We calibrate every printer frequently and get artwork and placement confirmation before processing. If the result doesn't match what was approved, we reprint and re-ship — no return needed. Pantone matching available on Trade.
PNG with transparent background, at 300dpi for the print size you want. We also accept PDF, AI and PSD. Upload anything — our DPI checker flags fuzzy files in the customiser before you check out.
Because each garment is printed-to-order, custom printed items can't be returned for refund. But — if there's a defect, a press error, or the size is more than one full size off our published guide, we'll reprint or refund. Honest mistakes are on us.
