How and when your order leaves our SD Group Premises — service options, daily cut-offs, what the live blocks on each product page mean, and what happens after you hit pay.
Service options
All UK orders ship with Royal Mail. Pick your speed at checkout — every option is fully tracked end to end. Prices below are flat-rate per order, regardless of how many transfers, sheets or blanks are in the parcel.

Special Delivery
Special Delivery is guaranteed same-day dispatch only if your order — and a print-ready file — land before 13:00 UK time. Anything placed after the cut-off is dispatched the next working day on the same fast service.
Cut-off times
Different product types have different same-day cut-offs because they sit in different parts of the lab. Order before the time shown — with artwork approved where relevant — and it leaves the same working day.
What the delivery blocks show
You never have to guess. Every product page renders these two live blocks with information specific to that item, your basket and the current time — so the dates, the countdown and the cut-off are always correct for what you're actually buying.
The countdown updates in real time. Once it hits the cut-off it flips to the next dispatch day, and the delivery dates recalculate for the carrier you choose.
On made-to-order items, this tracker shows where your job is in the print run — ordered, printed, pressed, shipped, delivered — with live timestamps.
Machinery & equipment
Large equipment — heat presses, DTF printers and cure ovens — ships differently from transfers. Most is sent direct from the factory, while popular models are held in our UK warehouse.
Factory-direct machines don't follow the Royal Mail cut-offs above. Lead time and a palletised-freight delivery window are shown on each product page and confirmed before we book the carrier.
After you order
The moment your payment clears we send a confirmation email with everything on the order, and your dispatch note follows once the parcel is handed to the carrier — which, for same-day orders, is in the evening.

A confirmation lands in your inbox straight away with your order number, items, chosen service, delivery address and the estimated dispatch & delivery dates.
Dispatch note & tracking
If you ordered for same-day dispatch, you won't see a dispatch note straight away — and that's normal. Parcels are collected by the carrier in the evening, which is when your dispatch email and tracking link are issued.
Once collected, the parcel is scanned at a Royal Mail sorting facility overnight — tracking usually starts moving by the next morning.
