Shipping policy

  • Shipping Services: We use Evri, Royal Mail, or InPost for shipping. The estimated delivery time is based on the carrier’s stated delivery estimates.

  • Common Service Options:

    • The most popular choice among our customers is Evri Standard, priced at £2.95, with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 business days.
    • We also offer Next Day Delivery for £4.00.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected service and the weight of your order. If any discrepancies occur between the estimated and actual shipping cost, DTF.UK will cover the difference up to 120% of the estimated cost paid by the client.

  • Additional Costs: Should the actual shipping cost exceed 120% of the amount paid, DTF.UK reserves the right to invoice the client for the difference or offer the option of switching to a more economical shipping option.
