⚠️ Please note: Included ink, film, and powder are intended for initial printer setup and training use only.
- The 12-month warranty covers all parts excluding consumables.
- Non-ink related parts are only covered if a service package is purchased at the time of sale.
- Print heads are covered for manufacturing failure (not misuse or head strikes). An inspection will be carried out by DTF.UK engineers to verify eligibility. Only sediment-free white ink must be used to maintain print head warranty.
