I am extremely disappointed with this shop. Before placing my order, I explicitly noted the exact dimensions I needed. However, when the product arrived, the width was a whopping 10 cm short.
When I confronted them about this issue, their excuse was that because I selected the "A2" size, they couldn't accommodate my custom measurements. Instead of contacting me to clarify, they went ahead and arbitrarily reduced my design by 10 cm and printed it out without my consent.
To make matters worse, after I filed a complaint and informed them that I would dispute the charge with my credit card company, they completely changed their story. They shamelessly claimed that I had never submitted any dimensions in the first place!
They are utterly dishonest, deeply untruthful, and completely irresponsible. Fortunately, I have kept a complete record of all their emails, my original order receipts, and proof of the dimensions I submitted. I have already forwarded all this evidence to my credit card center to escalate a chargeback claim.
Do not trust this shop. Save your money and time, and go somewhere else that actually respects their customers and operates with basic honesty.
