This 5kg bag of medium grain DTF powder is designed for reliable, high-volume DTF transfer production. The texture offers excellent coverage and smooth melting, ensuring a strong bond to the white ink layer on DTF film.
Whether you’re printing on t-shirts, hoodies, or other garments, this powder performs well across cotton, polyester, and blends. Suitable for both light and dark fabric prints, it’s trusted by DTF print shops across the UK.
How to Use:

Print your artwork on DTF film with white and colour ink

Apply the powder evenly to wet ink

Cure the powder:

With a heat press or oven: 160–170°C for 2–3 minutes

With a conveyor or tunnel dryer: 115–140°C for about 6 minutes, depending on your setup

Press the cured film onto fabric to complete the transfer
How Much DTF Powder Do I Need?
On average, 1.5 to 2 kg of DTF powder is used to create prints from a full 100m roll of DTF film, depending on design size, ink coverage, and how much powder is reused.
